As medical practice shows, most health problems in patients begin with stress and emotional disturbances.

Why do stress and negative emotions have such a strong effect on the state of the body? The fact is that various negative feelings (tension, excitement, anger, hatred, fear, etc.) provoke the production of cortisol, prolactin and adrenaline - they are also called stress hormones.

When a person finds himself in a stressful situation, information about the potential danger in the form of nerve impulses enters the brain, after which it is transmitted through the nerve endings to certain organs, and, as a result, there is a significant release of stress hormones into the blood (and, therefore, to all vessels).

This whole process, as it were, “prepares” our body for a possible dangerous situation, however, when stress becomes chronic (that is, when stress hormones are constantly released into the blood), the energy balance in any part of the body is disturbed. That is, there is a problem at the energy level, but the pathology of the internal organs may be absent. If the energy balance is not restored in time, then the person gradually begins to lose vital energy, and after a certain period of time the disease may manifest itself physically.

Consider the process of occurrence of the most common diseases caused by chronic stress.

1. Stress and negative emotions lead to severe tension in certain muscle groups. Other muscles functionally weaken, become unable to perform their "work". The result of a muscle imbalance is pain - as a rule, it occurs in the neck, back, shoulders, lower back. If you do not start treatment of the pain syndrome, then there is a high risk of occurrence osteochondrosisarthrosis of the jointschronic headaches.

2. Does it happen to you that after a long period of tension and excitement, when it seems like you can already calm down and relax, a severe headache occurs? The fact is that a nervous state and stress make the muscles of the neck tense. In addition, excitement disrupts the respiratory process, spasm of the diaphragm occurs, hypoxia occurs (lack of oxygen in the brain) and, as a result, we start to have a headache.

3. Many people feel discomfort in the stomach during excitement and worries - this can manifest itself not only in the form of pain, but also in the form of a sharp decrease (for someone - a sharp increase) in appetite, diarrhea (constipation), urge to vomit, etc. n. This is due to the large number of nerve endings in the gastrointestinal tract - the reaction to the release of stress hormones leads to disruption of digestion.

4. During stress, our body also begins to produce antiviral proteins. However, if there are no viruses as such in the body now, then the energy of these proteins becomes “extra”, which leads to irritation of the nasopharyngeal mucosa. As a result, there is a cold, bronchopulmonary diseases, diseases of the nasopharynx.

5. Stress triggers the production of neuropeptides - substances that the body does not normally produce. These substances cause skin inflammation and itching, which can lead to more serious skin conditions. In addition, negative emotions lead to hormonal changes - this can manifest itself, for example, in the appearance of acne and blackheads, menstrual irregularities - in women, baldness - in men.

Kinesiologists will definitely help you to recognize the cause of energy imbalance, as well as get rid of pain syndromes, chronic stress and emotional disorders (including  chronic fatiguedepressionneuroses, phobia).
